Tips to loose 50lbs by July
I want to loose weight and been going to the gym, I'm trying to track my calories but not sure if it matters. I really just need workout tips on how to loose fat from my belly, back, arms, and face. Since I don't know much and kind of new, when i'm at the gym I usually just do stairs, treadmill and sauna, once in a while lift weights. Thank you all
