Wednesday Workout
Good morning
2 weeks post covid and my energy is NOT coming back. I did 30 minutes of walking yesterday and it wiped me right out.
I am doing my first jog after work today. I have to see where I'm at.
My 5k is in a week and a half. I'm so disappointed that I'm not going to be at my best. I'm still going to do it, I will just have to walk far more than I wanted to.
