"scanner error"

Hey! So I just got this app and when I scan every time is says "scanner error" but then I try again with the same label and it picks it up always the second time. Is there a way to reset this ? It's really annoying and I have to wait until it try's loading the info before it says there's a scanner error

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a scanner error. Can you reach out to us at support@myplateapp.com? So we have a better idea of what is occurring, in your message can you include a screen recording showing the scanning of an item resulting in the error and second successful scan?
