I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the app. The MyPlate app syncs with the server at five minute intervals while the app is open. If you are closing the app immediately after logging, please try leaving it open for a few minutes.
Additionally, can you tell me if on that day you crossed time zones or put the phone in airplane mode? Please respond by emailing support@myplateapp.com.
