      It is easy to change your nutrient goals! Please follow the directions for the device you are doing your tracking on:

      iOS: Tap on the person icon located in the upper left corner of the app's home screen Then, tap your profile picture. There will be tabs that allow you to change your Calorie and Macronutrient Goals towards the bottom of the page.

      Android: Tap on the three bars at the top left of the screen. Choose the Goals option. Adjust what items you need to from there!

      Please note that this feature is not available when tracking on our desktop site.
