lost account

I had a message today to log in again. When I did all my previous tracking, foods and entries were gone. Can I retrieve it?

      Hi there!

      I see you having tracking saved to the database going back as far as the account's creation, January 26. Please perform a force sync. Tap the person icon in the upper-left, tap your username, and tap the force sync button.
