I love to walk but my feet hurt if I walk more than 3 miles. I went back to using elliptical exercise. Less stress on my feet. Burns around 800 cal per hour. I do half in morning and other half in evening.

Hi Sammy! If I increase distance in a short time, my feet hurt too. Like with the treadmill, splitting the walks into two sections can help.
Mixing walking with biking or swimming helped me, too.
